About the Journal

  • Journal of Indonesian Tourism and Development Studies (JITODE), with registered number print ISSN 2355-3979; e - ISSN 2338-1647 is open access, peer-reviewed journal whose objective is to publish original research papers related to tourism and development issues. This journal is also dedicated to disseminating published articles for international academicians, researchers, practitioners, regulators, and public societies.
  • The journal welcomes authors from any institutional background and accepts rigorous empirical research papers with any methods or approach that is relevant to the Indonesian tourism and development context or content, as long as the research fits of disciplines tourism studies or regional studies. 
  • The JITODE is Internationally indexed in ProQuest, DOAJ, CAB Direct,  EBSCO, Index Copernicus, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, GARUDA, and Dimensions.  Furthermore, this journal is SINTA 3 (Indonesian Science & Technology Index).
